STEM for Girls is an  initiative by IBM in India to improve education and career pathways for girls in schools. Its committing to impact 200,000 girls across India to nurture careers in science and technology. Its an attempt to aid young girls who want to build their own identity and attune them with skills and knowledge to have the will power to shape careers in since technology engineering and mathematics.

The project was made by team at Falana Films, bangalore who made the concept, documented women working in various fields and edited as a short film. It was then overlooked by Aindri C who set the whole visual language and art direction and storyboards for all the films.

Storyboards were then processed as shot breakdowns as a google sheet to manage the assets and the progress of the film production. Team at Falana contributed to asset collection along with some given by the people who lent their story.
